The journey towards creating ABC Professionals started in late 2014. Before that time, Kari always loved math and numbers. In high school she was introduced to bookkeeping through her dad who owned a construction company. She then got certified in Quickbooks so she could better help out. While she was doing bookkeeping for him she started doing it for herself running her own business.

Later on in life once she started having kids, it meant a lot for her to be able to stay home with them. So she started a virtual assistant business where she could provide administrative services and more business owners online. After she worked with multiple clients and networked with other entrepreneurs, she met more business owners in her same profession and they started contracting work out to her. That’s when she knew this was what she wanted to do. And just like that, ABC Professionals was born.

As ABC Professionals started to grow, Kari decided it was time to bring on a new team member, Stephanie, in 2016. Time went on and more and more business owners and their clients were asking for more services. So not only did we add Administrative Services to our Bookkeeping Services, we added another team member Elizabeth in 2019. We also decided to take on consulting tasks to further build the company, and in 2024 took on another team member Callie.

And that brings us to today. Together we bring our own expertise to create Our Team of Professionals. As a team we are able to serves our clients and offer them business services from A to Z.

Kari bergeron

Hello, my name is Kari and I have been doing Bookkeeping for 15+ years.

My Dad is a contractor and introduced me to Bookkeeping. I took some courses and became certified so I could better help him. After that I explored other occupations and degrees, learning that the classes that I took and jobs I looked for and had, always lead to me bookkeeping, organizing, managing and helping others.

As life went on, I started having children that I wanted to be home with. So, I started thinking of what I wanted to do for a career. I knew that I loved math, organizing, talking and taking care of peoples needs and wants and I also knew that I couldn’t work for someone else since I am a self-starter.

June 2014 I decided to start my own business called “Your Personal Virtual Assistant LLC.” where I could do a number of things from the comfort of my home and could still be with my kiddos. As my business started growing, I learned many things and narrowed my business down to bookkeeping and expanded from there. I absolutely love what I do and realized I created my dream career. My goal is to make people happy and also help them to become more successful.

I was very excited to give my all to my business and see where my journey takes me and where the future leads me. I am here to help simplify your business and help you on our success together!

Currently, Business has been amazing, and our family now consists of my husband and 5 children that I have had the ability to be home with while creating a successful business and continuing the success for not only my business but for others as well.

My name is Elizabeth, people call me Liz and I live in Princeton. I have a beautiful set of boy and girl twins who are our world and I will do absolutely anything for them.

I have a degree in accounting. Along with that I have experience with doing bookkeeping for 15+ years and enjoy every aspect of it. In my multiple years of experience, I have worked with a variety of clients, including real estate agents, construction companies, restaurants and retail stores. I have done all the ins and outs of bookkeeping, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable and Receivables, Payroll, Vendor Payments, Invoicing, Account Reconciliations and sale tax. I am very detail orientated and strive to keep your books accurate and up to date.

Alongside my bookkeeping career, I also have a very extensive background in both personal and business tax returns. I started my career as a tax professional at a seasonal, part time establishment and that grew to being the general manager of four offices. I am extremely knowledgeable and enjoy helping others.

I take pride in all of my work and guarantee that it will be completely accurate. I’d love to help and answer any questions that you may have about your books. I look forward to the amazing opportunity to help with your bookkeeping and tax needs!

Callie Klemmer

 My name is Callie, and I’m a free-spirited professional with a passion for business administration. I live on a hobby farm in Oak Park, Minnesota, with my wonderful partner and our pets. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Management, along with a minor in Philosophy. I love blending the structure of business with the depth of big-picture thinking, helping small businesses grow with clarity and heart.

With over five years of experience in administrative roles and more than eight years supporting small businesses—from restaurants and hotels to contractors, retail, outdoor sales, and even a mini golf course and a lighthouse—I’ve gained hands-on knowledge of what it takes to keep operations running smoothly both in the office and out in the field. In many of these roles, I was entrusted with bookkeeping responsibilities, developing and maintaining systems that kept finances organized and businesses on track. I’ve also provided consulting support tailored to each business’s unique goals, offering insights into workflow, staffing, and customer service strategies.

Beyond the back office, I have a strong creative side when it comes to marketing and advertising. I’ve designed and managed campaigns, social content, and promotions that helped small businesses connect with their communities and stand out in competitive markets. Although, I like doing the numbers and organization behind the scenes, I have had no issues having conversations to brainstorm ideas of improvement or just talk about business, numbers, and strategy.

At the core of my work is a genuine love for helping others succeed. Whether it’s through detailed bookkeeping, streamlined admin systems, or creative marketing ideas, I’m here to make your business run smoother—so you can focus on doing what you love most.
